The class toolkit
Named progression abilities are part of the class pool. Level gates are not extra ability slots. Selected-path, resource, and activation requirements still apply.

| 6 | Rallying Challenge | Threaten a group and keep its pressure on the Knight. |
| 8 | Last Bastion | Commit a major defensive cooldown to survive focused pressure. |
| 9 | Stalwart Defense | Channel an ultimate defensive stance under enemy pressure. |
| 10 | Avatar of Protection | Enter an ultimate guardian form. |
In the story and on the track
Knights build Resolve by blocking and taking enemy pressure. They spend it on protective or offensive actions. A Knight gives a party a place to gather when a fight becomes difficult to read. Some carry a banner everyone knows by color; others are recognized by the shield that appears between an ally and trouble. Battle Knights advance with the weight of the formation behind them, while Bunker Knights make holding ground an act of patience. Players often remember a good Knight by the retreat that never became a rout.
Resource rhythm
Blocking and absorbing enemy pressure build Resolve. Knights spend it on defensive and offensive actions.
Specialization paths
Banner Knight — banners and shouts (Charisma); Battle Knight — two-handed offensive tank (Strength); Bunker Knight — shield-based main tank (Stamina).
How it fits a build
Class and Spec each occupy one of the four core ability slots. Six stat slots complete the ten-ability layout. Class progression abilities are slot-free and level-gated; selecting a path does not automatically grant every alternative path. Costs, targets, timing, and access requirements still apply.
Keep exploring.
