People and presence

Featherkin are bird-people for whom the sky is part of the inhabited world. Flight and sharp sight shape their architecture, etiquette, and sense of distance. Rooftop landings connect workshops and gathering places, while weather reports travel as eagerly as market gossip. A change in the wind can alter the mood of an entire neighborhood.

Their tacticians are practiced at seeing relationships between moving figures. A Featherkin may follow the developing shape of a contest before choosing where to join it, then commit with swift reflexes and an instinct for the air. Pride in aerial skill can inspire a patient teacher or an unbearable rival. Many take to adventuring to chart unfamiliar routes, carry news between isolated communities, or learn what the world looks like from somewhere no one at home has stood.

Fisher Souls favor Agility and the timing of a clean approach. Owl Souls express Intelligence through observation and quiet judgment. Raptor Souls bring Strength to the moment of commitment. Their Green Body and these separate Soul choices let a player distinguish a Featherkin's physical form from the tradition guiding it.

Reading the build

Body color and Soul color are independent. A different Race Soul or an Oversoul can accompany this Body. Physical or cultural descriptions do not automatically equip abilities. Check the selected ability for cost, target, timing, and effect.
