People and presence
Equinixians are centaur-like people whose powerful lower bodies and upright torsos make distance feel personal. They remember roads through the work of traveling them: the pull of a hill, the taste of an approaching storm, the welcome of level ground after a difficult pass. Strength and endurance meet an adaptable intelligence, creating travelers who can carry both a message and the responsibility behind it. Many Equinixian communities grow along migration routes and meeting grounds.
Their hospitality includes room to move, a sheltered resting place, and news of the road ahead. They are comfortable among mounted companies and understand the coordination of riders and companions from a distinctive perspective. An adventurer may serve as a courier, escort a wandering household, or pursue a horizon that has become too compelling to leave unseen. Horse-half Souls emphasize Stamina and sustained effort.
Stag-half Souls favor Intelligence, watching patterns in terrain and the movement of others. Unicorn-half Souls bring Charisma and a presence that draws companions into a common purpose. In derby, Equinixians are remembered for determined advances and the confidence of competitors accustomed to a long journey.
Reading the build
Body color and Soul color are independent. A different Race Soul or an Oversoul can accompany this Body. Physical or cultural descriptions do not automatically equip abilities. Check the selected ability for cost, target, timing, and effect.
