SOUL / OVERSOUL

Vampire Oversoul

One Soul choice. A separate physical Body.

The Soul tradition

A Vampire Soul brings an ageless predator's attention to the life around it. Vitality becomes something palpable: the excitement of a crowd, the faltering rhythm of a rival, the dangerous attraction of taking more than is needed. Its powers drain an opponent to sustain the bearer, command shadows, and exert influence over others. Living with that appetite gives a character questions to answer.

Some cultivate elaborate manners as a discipline, making every invitation and boundary clear. Others enjoy the theater of menace or seek a purpose strong enough to master their hunger. Their stories can follow old attachments, difficult restraint, or the loneliness of always noticing what another person has to give. On the track, Vampire combines predatory timing with a compelling presence.

Black and Gold are its Soul colors. The draining and influencing powers act through selected abilities, while the character remains free to decide what kind of person carries them and how much of the legend they want an audience to see.

One field, not an extra body

An Oversoul occupies the Soul choice instead of an ordinary Race Soul. Multiple compatible colors still describe one slot holding one ability. Its imagery does not automatically replace the Body, add limbs, or grant all its named powers.
