The Soul tradition
A Mimic Soul is fascinated by the distance between appearance and understanding. It studies a familiar gesture until the detail everyone overlooks becomes the most interesting part. In stories, Mimic bearers can make an ordinary object seem expectant, a borrowed costume seem lived in, or an imitation reveal something its subject had never noticed. Some become performers, collectors, or patient students of other people's crafts.
Others struggle to find a voice that feels entirely their own after spending so long listening. A treasured habit can begin as an imitation and become sincere through use. The Soul invites a character to explore who they are when they are free to experiment with how they appear. On a team, Mimic's identity favors observation, surprise, and the imaginative reuse of what is familiar.
Its color is Clear, and it occupies the same single Soul field as other choices. Specific copying effects belong to the abilities a character equips; the name itself supplies neither an extra slot nor unrestricted access to another character's powers.
One field, not an extra body
An Oversoul occupies the Soul choice instead of an ordinary Race Soul. Multiple compatible colors still describe one slot holding one ability. Its imagery does not automatically replace the Body, add limbs, or grant all its named powers.
