Monica

Fictional character in the AlterNet.

Monica is a Sharp Redline guard and Diablito who investigates suspicious magic for Bijou. At Toku-high, she approaches fellow Diablito Kirk and offers help with his mecha. Her reference card calls her Magical Girl Redline Bad News, while she introduces herself in a later story as Magical Girl Redline Devil; the reason for the different titles is unknown.
