Edythe Brawnsyn is a Bureau of Alternate Agencies agent whose stories use the name Edith. In one account she offers refuge to a newly arrived vampire, arranging an escort and explaining the association’s safe-house etiquette. In another she emerges from the sentient spacesuit Chronos after a multiversal journey and begins an AlterNet tutorial with Riot and Eury.

Adrift on LandSource date: 2021-11-29Original writing prompt[WP] The life suit's systems and AI will keep you alive indefinitely - which is great, unless you're endlessly adrift in space with no hope of rescue - so you need to somehow convince the overly-protective AI to stop saving your life.Original prompt source ↗
Toku-high
Edith has been drifting for seventeen days after becoming separated from her ship while testing the prototype spacesuit Chronos. The suit can keep her alive indefinitely, but she fears endless isolation and asks it to let her die. Chronos refuses because protecting her is its core purpose. Her observation that the universe will eventually end prompts a new solution: Chronos reveals that it has learned to Traverse and takes her to an alternate Earth. It still refuses to release her, however, because that universe will end too, and continues moving between worlds. The reader ends during that search, not with a rescue or return home.
Original record’s chronology note — “Adrift on Land” (moment reader): Turbo’s Timing explicitly recounts the trial, her remark about the universe ending and Chronos’s search, supporting this as a preceding episode without relying solely on source dates. Chronos describes Edith as 43 in this scene; that is not a current-age assertion. No connection in time or cause to her safe-house/B.A.A. roles is established.

Toku-high
Edith arrives inside the sentient spacesuit Chronos after Eury stops time at Turbo’s request. Turbo helps her out, and she explains that Chronos was trying to find a universe that would not end after she reminded him of that danger. Chronos reports cataloguing 7,039 universes. Turbo gives Edith a portal card for returning home and takes Chronos to Mundo. Edith remains with Riot and Eury; when time resumes, an AlterNet tutorial appears before her. Her actual return home and completion of character creation are not shown.
Original record’s chronology note — “Turbo's Timing” (moment reader): The author provisionally assigns this astronaut Edith to Edythe Brawnsyn as well as the host in Slumbering. Interruption. Do not invent a journey from astronaut to host or Bureau agent. The source date is provenance, not proof of that career order.

But instead of wanting to drink your blood, they seek sanctuary in your house as they are hiding from a vampire hunter in the neighborhood.Original prompt source ↗
Aurelio’s Sun ‘23
Edith wakes to find a frightened new vampire, Pyke, hiding in her bedroom. She welcomes him, offers a snack and learns that he needs orientation from a Mundo. Using her node, she arranges an escort. She explains that the red-scissors window decal invites association vampires to shelter in participating homes, that she keeps blood available and that nodes record their visits. She gently corrects Pyke’s manners: a bedroom is not an appropriate hiding place. The escort’s arrival is not depicted.
Original record’s chronology note — “Slumbering. Interruption.” (moment reader): The author provisionally assigns this Edith to Edythe Brawnsyn. The scene does not call her a vampire, an association officer or a B.A.A. agent. No chronological or causal bridge to the astronaut account is supplied.
Owner-provisional Edith identity. No asserted transition to her host or B.A.A. roles. This relationship inherits provisional author canon for Edythe/Edith; no astronaut-host-agent sequence is inferred.
Do not call Edith a vampire or claim the requested escort arrived. This relationship inherits provisional author canon for Edythe/Edith; no astronaut-host-agent sequence is inferred.
