Melody Sharp is the owner and CEO of Sharp Development and Monday’s mother.
Earlier eras: Who She Is
Melody is Dana's wife and intellectual partner across every loop. She's described as "very smart too" — not just a support role, but a genuine collaborator in the billions of years of research.
She was made immortal by Dana in Loop 11 (once Dana confirmed it was safe). They set up Dana's Lab together and spent billions of years studying the multiverse's secrets.
Melody and Dana are the canonical biological mothers of Dara Sharp, who was created in a laboratory on Mars using biological material from both. Monday and Rhapsody Sharp initially entered their family through adoption, but time/continuity naturalized them as daughters of Dana and Melody to everyone involved and to the universe. In continuity states where Dana is absent, Monday and Rhapsody know Melody as their mother and an unknown person as their other parent; neither asks about or feels curiosity toward that parent.
Earlier eras: The Upgrade
In Loop 18, Dana was ready to attempt the million-Zero upgrade hack in earnest. Rather than use herself as the first subject, she chose Melody.
Simultaneously killing 1,000,000 Zeros upgraded Melody to **La Estrella**. The rest of Loop 18: studying results.
From Loop 19 onward, Melody is **born as a Unique Soul** — the process permanently altered causality. This confirmed to Dana that the hack works as intended, not just in the moment but through loops.
Earlier eras: Running Sharp Development
Dana is officially dead during the Aurelio's Sun era. **Melody runs Sharp Development** during this period.
Jenny's bitter hatred of Sharp Development is directed partly at Melody by association — Jenny knows what the company did even if Melody wasn't the architect of it.
