Electra is the daughter of Ellis Strikeman, also known as Lightning Strike, and Royalty’s best friend. She lives on Mount Majesty. Her father is a supervillain, while she expresses an interest in becoming a heroic Magical Girl.
In John Hero, Electra appears in red electricity wearing a white-and-red magical-girl uniform. She greets John Majesty, leaves as red electrical energy and waits for Royalty. John says both girls are training.
Electra is an individual #40 El Alacrán. She and her father have separate Soul classifications, and her magical-girl clothing does not make her a member of the Redline Girls.
